An avid reader himself, Penny recognizes how important
it is for young people to develop a love of reading. Reading stimulates
the "learning portions" of your mind while increasing your
knowledge of the world around you. To help encourage his younger fans
to make reading an important part of their daily activities, Penny has
decided to hold a Book Report Contest. The contest is open to children
ages 8 to 14 and 4 winners will receive a $25 gift card to a major bookstore
chain. To enter the contest, read a book and write a one page, handwritten
report about the book and what you learned. Be sure to include your
name, address, and age on your book report. Contest runs until January

All book reports become the property of Penny Hardaway,
Inc. and shall not be returned. Entries must be postmarked by November
15, 2002.
Eligibility: Entrants must be between the ages
of 8 to 14 years old. This contest is open only to legal residents of
the United States. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted
by any relevant federal, state or local law, including but not limited
to jurisdictions with laws that would require registration, disclosure,
filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements
that are not satisfied. Winner Selection: Prize-winners will be selected
based on content determined by Penny Hardaway, whose decisions are final,
on or about January 15, 2003. Penny Hardaway, Inc. is not responsible
for entries that are late, lost, illegible, misdirected, mutilated or
have insufficient postage, and reserves the right to modify scheduling
of the contest without prior notice. By participating, entrants agree
to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of Penny Hardaway,
Inc. Gift certificates will be sent via mail to winners after January
15, 2003.
Limitations of Liability: By accepting delivery
of the prize, winners agree that the prize is awarded on the condition
that Penny Hardaway, Inc., and its agents, representatives and employees
will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages
of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize.

neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty,
representation or guarantee (express or implied, in fact or in law)
